ILLEGAL POWER OF THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE
Every four years, during our presidential election process, the existence of the electoral college is criticized under the realization that a group of human beings is being empowered to decide which of the presidential candidates will become our next president, regardless of the expressed will by the citizens of the United States through their popular vote. However, nothing effective has been done so far to actually correct that illegal undemocratic deprivation of the legal right of the majority of the citizenship to elect the president of the United States, in part, because the timing has been wrong. The matter deserves the necessary effort and adequate time, after the election, to be scrutinized and subjected to the level of analysis that could provide the required motivation to correct the misplacement of power to select our presidents. Regardless of the fact that some states have smaller population, in the proper balance of justice, the will of the citizenship, as documented by their popular vote, cannot be overridden. New laws are now required to eliminate the electoral college forever.
EIGHTY YEARS OLD IS TOO OLD TO BE OUR PRESIDENT
The Constitution of the United States requires the minimum age of thirty five years old to become our president, however, it is devoid of a clause placing a maximum age limit to be our president, which is imperative to protect the country from possible counterproductive leadership by an eighty year old brain, which, by nature, could be experiencing a deficiency in the level of consciousness that the job requires. The brain of the president of the United States must function under a supreme level of consciousness at all pertaining time, to be able to issue the best and most effective orders. Logic and the established knowledge of the human brain provide the evidence that after the age of eighty years old no one should serve as our president. New laws are now required to place a limit on the old age of our presidents.
CONVICTED FELONS OR INSANE BRAINS, DO NOT QUALIFY
I cannot reconcile the facts that a convicted felon can qualify to become our president, while I couldn’t be hired as a New York City police officer after my manslaughter felony. The job as president of the United States requires the maximum evidence of unquestionable morality and of a sane thought system. New laws are now required to keep convicted felons and depraved brains away from the White House. The job as president should require a complete physical and mental health evaluation by government appointed professionals. The country should protect itself from appointing as president a depraved brain under the control of illusive thoughts, or a person with a serious bodily illness. Democracy cannot be placed at risk.
ONENESS BETWEEN ISRAEL AND THE UNITED STATES
To the world, it seems as if Israel is an extension of the United States, in part, because we play a decisive role in Israel’s affairs and frequent wars, and provide them with much funds and with many weapons, even with nuclear weapons. We support their wars either against their enemies, or against their victims, as in the current genocide against Israelites Palestinians civilians. We are the only country in the United Nations and in the world that is refusing to recognize that the assassins of Israel are intentionally victimizing the civilians Israelites Palestinians in Gaza and in the West Bank. What is taking place in Gaza is not a war. The Palestinians do not own the require weapons to defend themselves. What is now taking place in Gaza has been properly defined as genocide. Over 50,000 humans have been massacred and the remaining are being subjected to collective starvation and illnesses. About 80% of the dead victims were children and women that didn’t have a place to hide. Gaza has been demolished by Israel. No one can or should try to deny the ongoing genocide that is taking place with the help of the United States’ government.
We the people, are in total opposition to the slaughtering of Israelites Palestinians civilians in Gaza, under the guise that the soldiers of Hamas are hiding among the civilians, and that Israel, who is and has been the aggressor since October 8, 2023, has a right to defend itself. No one has attacked Israel after October 7, 2023.
We the people are in total opposition to the decision to provide support to help Israel carry on with their civil war crimes. Gaza is not another country, but a territory of Israel. Therefore, Israel is killing Israelites Palestinians civilians, a part of their own population.
Notwithstanding the fact that the soldiers of Hamas have a long list of documented crimes committed against the Palestinians Israelites civilians, covering several decades of abusive conduct by the government of Israel and the Jewish people, their decision to attack the Jewish people on October 7, 2023, was totally devoid of reason and justification. Crimes are never justified. Horrible crimes that provided evidence of undiluted hate were committed against the Jewish people. What kind of reaction was Hamas expecting? What was Hamas objective? They obviously didn’t have concern for the Palestinians. Punishment was mandatory, but collective punishment and genocide is not legal, or acceptable. Other methods to capture the actual criminals of Hamas are and were available and should have been used.
Now, the hate against the Jewish people has increased, and the law of Karma is over their heads. Again, punishment is mandatory. Peace doesn’t seem possible. What a sad cycle.

SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS
I do not subscribe to the Jewish people’s fairy tales and selves grandiose made religions. The Hebrew people invented an idea that resulted in the creation of countless lies and 613 religious laws that mostly have the purpose to establish an undiluted belief in a god made in their own image with whom they share oneness during their barbaric wars against everyone else. If you can make an army of men totally convinced by their religion that they share oneness with the Creator of the Universe, who will always provide supernatural assistance to kill their opponents, you have actually created a great weapon of mass destruction. That is the great accomplishment of the Hebrew people.
THE BIBLE
The word “Bible” means a collection of books. The so called “Holy Bible” was put together by Roman Emperor Constantine in around year 311 of the current era, with the help of idolaters of the Sun. The main objectives were political: the control of the masses. Almost 700 Hebrew manuscripts were collected from the Jewish communities, out of which only 72 manuscripts were selected. Those 72 manuscripts provided the alleged “Words of God” and the beginning of the Catholic Church. Authorship of each of those 72 manuscripts, in reality, is mostly unknown. For many centuries the Catholic Church maintained total control of those 72 manuscripts and altered them as often as necessary to provide support to their manufactured religion, i.e., their business. A great money making business. The brains of the human beings have been creating religions since the beginning of time to serve their own agendas. They still at it today and it will never stop. That is the ego thought system for you. To believe in the fairy tales provided by the “Bible”, and it provides many, a brain has to be devoided of the truth that could set it free. Obviously, the truth can set you free from your illusions from your fantasies from your false beliefs and from your false perceptions. That is the purpose of the truth and only the truth is true.
WHAT IS THE TRUTH?
We don’t know the entire truth about God and ourselves, nor do we have the means to find out the entire truth during our brief human experience. But some truth is obvious. At least to me. For example: The Universe is the result of intelligent design. To belief otherwise, a brain must be devoid of the level of consciousness that provides reality. Because God is, I am. In this instant, “I am” is not alluding to my human body. Our human bodies are not our reality. Human bodies aren’t the children of God made in God’s image. Our reality is Mind Spirit. As Mind Spirit we were made in God’s image. The total sum of all the minds that God has created through an extension of Itself, that is the Inner Christ Presence in us all. You will not be wrong to recognize that your real identity is Christ, the Son of God. Actually, only to the extent that you recognize and accept that truth, you are a Christian, because only then you will become able and willing to give Christ your human brain and body. That is the truth that will set you free. The knowledge of your true identity.
WHAT IS SALVATION?
Our core essence is our thoughts. To the extent that “Salvation” means eternal existence, obviously, there cannot be salvation for the illusive mundane worldly thoughts of our ego self thought system, which exist, in our brains. Upon the death of the brain, the ego”s thought system that we made during the human experience will vanish. Only our holiness will survive the human experience, because no unholy thought of any kind can be carried by our minds when we return to the Universal Mind of God, which is our real world. That, and only that, is the final judgement. The final separation of our holy Self from our worldly ego self. Clearly, there is no salvation for the human bodies. The human bodies will die will rot and will vanish.
WHO WAS THE MAN JESUS OF NAZARETH?
The real one was a Jewish man, born of a man and a woman like everybody else, who was indoctrinated since childhood by the Zealots to belief that he was the holy Messiah expected by the Jewish people and sent by the Creator with a mission to confront the Romans that were oppressing the Jewish communities. Said Messiah is another fabrication of the Hebrew people. The Zealots were a secret organization of Jewish people who fought against the oppression of the Romans. When the Zealots got tired of waiting for the illusive messiah, they decided to make their own version. During those years, over 100 Jewish men claimed to be the Messiah. The problem that resulted was that the messiah that the Zealots needed had to be a warrior, and the Jesus that returned from Egypt had been programmed by the Egyptian Monks to love through an expression of his Inner Christ Self. The Zealots had no use for that type of messiah. As to the alleged miracles made by our brother Jesus, they fall under the same category as the illusive miracles that were allegedly performed by other Jewish men. Consider that if Lazarus had been actually returned from the Mind of God to this miserable world, he would have been very upset with Jesus. I wouldn’t want to be returned to this illusive world. Would you? Without doubts, Jesus was a good man and a Jewish preacher that was assassinated by his own people as punishment for claiming to be their Messiah, a belief that had been inculcated in his brain since childhood. A belief that got him killed. Subsequently, men made religions fabricated the illusive Jesus of faith.

I am not pro any political party. Each party advocates for some controversial views that I cannot legally oppose, such as the women’s rights over their bodies. That is a decision based on religious beliefs. I am pro the wellbeing of humanity in general. In prison I am registered as a “Humanist”, although I fully recognize intelligent design and creation. I am pro honesty pro decency pro responsible conduct pro kindness pro respect pro empathy pro wisdom pro knowledge and pro sane thoughts that take into consideration the wellbeing of everyone. Having said that, it should be obvious that I support for president of the United States a mind that is manifesting, through words and actions, the type of conduct that is most proximal to my thought system and moral code.
ON THOSE BASIS, I FULLY SUPPORT MRS KAMALA HARRIS AS THE BEST MIND TO BECOME PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
It is ironic that, as a prisoner in the State of Florida and as a victim of the corrupted mind of a Democrat prosecutor (Janet Reno, Miami Dade County Prosecutor during 1981 and 1984), I am providing my support to another Democrat prosecutor to become the next president of the United States. It is common knowledge that every person is different. Mrs Kamala Harris has demonstrated already through her documented words and actions the type of thought system under which she thinks and makes her decisions. We already know what kind of mind she is and what we can expect from her based on that knowledge. We know her thoughts. I would have given her my support even if she had been the representative of the Republican Party. My philosophy is that we must avoid to provide automatic support for any particular political party. Instead, we have a patriotic and moral duty to provide our support for the most appropriate mind, regardless of his or her political party affiliation.
BUT A WOMAN CANNOT ACT AS A MALE PRESIDENT
Wrong! The job of president of the United States is not a job in construction that usually requires the muscle power of a young man. Instead, the job as president requires a sane and wise and highly knowledgeable mind capable of issuing the right orders and decisions that will affect the wellbeing of our country and the wellbeing of humanity in general. Mrs Kamala Harris’ record and experiences have fully prepare her, as a mind, not as a woman, for the requirements of the job assignment as our president. In fact, these times of worldly turmoils require the leadership of a woman, because the mind set of women is made up of thoughts devoid of the negative and sometimes destructive emotions found in our macho man mind set (Examples: Donald J. Trump and Vladimir Putin).
THE ECONOMY ISSUE
It is common knowledge that notwithstanding the fact that some of the decisions that are made by our presidents do affect our general economy, the average factors that ultimately dictate the constant variances of our capitalistic economical cycles is beyond the control of our presidents. Mrs. Kamala Harris has detailed some of her plans to increase the income of the middle and lower class to provide economical assistance to first time home buyers and to those that are starting a small business to reduce the cost of housing and of health care and to reduce inflation. She will hire the most knowledgeable economists in the nation to lead the way into prosperity for all Americans. The United States has never ceased to be a great country.
THE IMMIGRATION ISSUE:
The immigration issue is being addressed as you read this, but it will not be until after the next presidential election cycle that Congress will be willing to get involved and provide the required funds to address the problem. No one is intentionally allowing known criminals to enter the United States to commit crimes in our country. The Immigration and Naturalization Services functions under the supervision of responsible persons, some Democrats and some Republicans, who equally love our country and responsibly enforce those laws that are currently in place to protect our borders and country. Granted that new laws can increase that level of protection, because that will always be the case. A good bill addressing many of the currently required new restrictions and programs was partially approved by the U.S. Congress, but Mr. Donald J. Trump opposed and intercepted it before it reached the White House, because, as he saw it, the passing of such bill would have provided points for the Democrats.
THE DONALD J. TRUMP PHENOMENON:
The ego thought system under which Mr. Donald J. Trump functions, is documented under the public domain. I am not going to use this limited space to provide details and examples. I am not aware of any virtue in Mr. Donald J. Trump’s documented personality that I could rely on to give him the benefit of the doubt to return him to the White House. The documented record provides undeniable evidence of dementia. No offense intended. Only the truth is true. Our essence are our thoughts. The thoughts being manifested by Mr. Trump are mostly illusive illegal disrespectful egotistical disloyal unpatriotic and devoid of empathy and responsibility. The phenomenon is that persons with the responsibility to enforce the U.S. Constitution are providing their political support to such an anti democratic thought system.

The current laws in the United States of America that authorize the execution of human beings under the so called death penalty are at the heart of our country’s criminal judicial system.
To provide an answer to the worldwide question of all times, seeking to know what happens after the death of the human body, a brain must rely on theological beliefs of some kind.
Theological beliefs are religious beliefs embedded in the conviction that the killing of a human body and thus the removal of that body from its human experience, can serve as a punishment for some committed or alleged crime. These facts clearly establishes that the laws that authorize the death penalty in the United States of America are in legal violation of, and in conflict with, the laws that prohibit the promulgation of laws based on religious speculations. The laws of a country must be based on an universal moral code without any reliance on the doctrines of any type of church. The separation of church and state must always be honored. They cannot be allowed to be interwoven as they are now to provide support to the death penalty.
The death penalty laws are being promulgated under the religious convictions that the killing of a human body can serve as a punishment and that subsequent punishments will follow in the afterlife in retribution for the alleged committed crime. The death penalty laws are in fact serving the illegal and unconstitutional objective respecting an establishment of religion, as a religious ritual, which is clearly prohibited by the provisions of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution (1791).
WHAT ARE THE FACTS?
The death of a human body cannot possibly serve as a punishment regardless of the cause of death. Over one million human bodies die every single day all over our planet under many different conditions. A dead body is a dead body regardless of how it died. Every human body must and will die, but never as a punishment. To adopt the belief that the premature death of your body, by whatever means, could serve as some form of punishment, would be the equivalent of displaying your ignorance in connection to your real identity as an eternal and holy spiritual being created as such in the image of God and of simultaneously displaying a sense of attraction for this illusive world that is not your real World and also a great fear of what is currently beyond your knowledge. The death of a human body is really a great blessing in disguise. It is the end of the illusive human experience and a one way ticket to return to the Universal Mind of God, which is our real World, free from all the worldly illusions that we allowed into the consciousness of our worldly ego thought system. Under the established Universal Laws of God, Spirit, which is our real identity, is under state of grace forever. The only final judgment that is waiting to take place will be individually conducted by each mind and it will consists of the rejection of our worldly false ego self and its illusive though system.
If the legal objective is to provide a punishment for an alleged crime, that human body shouldn’t be killed. That is the main reason for which societies build and maintain prisons. The government should not serve as a means to take revenge on behalf of the alleged victims by having the accused person assassinated. Such acts are very barbaric and serve as very bad examples to the members of society. The death penalty promotes violence in our society.
Countless innocent human beings have been prematurely deprived of their human experience through death penalty sentences based on false fabricated allegations and evidence from very emotional prosecutors and civilians that sometimes were motivated by secret agendas. This is still taking place today. We all have read about politicians that ride the barbaric and illegal death penalty political platform to gain votes for their election bid, through the easy manipulation of many members of our society. Those politicians do not really care about the wellbeing of society. All they care about is their political ambitions.
Worldwide, so far, 124 countries have made laws abolishing their prior death penalty laws. Several states in the United States have followed suit. The laws of any given society provide evidence of their high or lacking sense of divine wisdom and knowledge. I pray that our lawmakers become spiritual enough to gain the required courage to present legislation directed at the abolishment of the death penalty all over the United States of America. Only the truth is true. When we fail to take a stance on behalf of the truth, we have erroneously decided to take a stance on behalf of lies. The claim by the United States that we are the world’s champion of human rights is devoid of integrity, in part, by the current death penalty laws. We must practice what we preach.

My reality is not the human body that I am currently occupying during my human experience. The human bodies are not our real identities, but most of the time the worldly thought system is likely to identify itself with the brain that gave place to it.
I was created by the Almighty Universal God Mind in Its Image, as an eternal and holy Mind-Spirit, through an extension of Itself. So were you. That is our real identity. Be grateful for that every day and honor your real identity with all your thoughts.
As a Mind, my thought system is totally different from my brain’s thought system. My Mind thought system is holy. So is yours. My brain thought system is not holy. Neither is yours. My Mind is the Temple of my Divine Center of my Inner Christ Self and of the Holy Spirit of God. So is yours. My Mind is a Source of holy thoughts. So is yours. My brain, in the other hand, which has the ability to learn and memorize worldly thoughts, many of which can be illusive and destructive, provides identity to my personality i.e., to my worldly thought system self, known in metaphysics as the ego self, mostly due to its egotistical nature. The difference in nature between my ego’s thought system and my Inner Divine Self’s thought system cannot be reconciled, nor can they coexist simultaneously in my Mind. I must constantly choose wisely under which thought system I want to function and exist in this world. Both systems are made of thoughts that are constantly seeking manifestation. It is always up to my choice which thought I want to experience and manifest. As a poet once said:. “I am the Captain of my Soul”.
At any given time and under all the circumstances of my human experience, I will be making decisions and adopting or rejecting beliefs, based solely under one of my two thought systems. The one that I elect to exist and function under at that particular moment, will produce the circumstances that are harmonious to its nature. Therefore I must assume full responsibility for all the thoughts that I have allowed into my worldly thought system to become a part of my worldly self. The total sum of all those thoughts represent my worldly personality and all my projections on this world. I am totally responsible for my reliance on the so called free will to create, either a sane worldly self guided by a spiritual induced moral code, or an unconscious animalistic worldly self guided by its degenerated desires, simply by incorporating into my worldly thought system selected thoughts that in their due time will be manifested according to their nature. This applies to you as well.
Thoughts are the most powerful form of creative energy in the entire Universe. Our thoughts have the power to attract into our human existence good or bad circumstances and experiences. Thoughts can attract people or reject people. Thoughts can serve to heal one’s body, or to cause one’s body to get sick and die. Thoughts can keep us happy or sad, or cause us to love or to hate, or cause us to remain poor or to become wealthy. For sure, each thought that is allowed into the brain, will eventually find the opportunity to be manifested. We are fully responsible for the circumstances of our human experiences, because we have control as to the type of thoughts that we select to cultivate and to eventually manifest. If I cultivate thoughts of envy, of course I will project an envious personality. If I cultivate thoughts of stealing other people’s property, I have then made the self destructive decision to become a thief. If I allow into consciousness thoughts of sexual perversion, without failure I will soon begin to act out the role of a sexual deviant. Likewise, if I restrict the type of thoughts that can enter my brain to sane holy thoughts, to the extent that I accomplish that, I will be imitating Jesus Christ, and so on. By the selection of our thoughts, we can select about 95% of the circumstances that we will experience on this world, but above all, we will be selecting which of our thoughts will be able to survive our human experience. No one can escape the consequences of the Law of Thoughts. This knowledge provides the wisdom that we are the Masters of our fate on this planet, about 95% of the time. Yes, there are circumstances beyond our control.
My holy thoughts do not require Salvation. They are already pure and saved for eternal existence in my Mind, which is destined to return to the Universal God Mind, which is Heaven.
There is no possible Salvation for my illusive evil thoughts. Illusive thoughts are evil and are devoid of reality and cannot possibly exist in Heaven. Nor would I want to take my illusive thoughts to Heaven with me. I wish that I could have all my illusive thoughts vanished from my brain right now. I only love the holy truth. When the brain dies, those illusive self destructive thoughts will vanish instantly, returning to the nothingness whence they originated. That is the real and only final judgment.
Regardless of the theological theories that the brain incorporates into its worldly thought system, it will not be able to escape the just consequences of its chosen thoughts, whether they were manifested or not. To change the circumstances of one’s human experience, one must change one’s thoughts accordingly.

WHO ARE WE?
We are thoughts generating minds temporarily manifesting those thoughts through a human body. As minds, we are Spirit, made in the Image of God, sharing oneness with the Universal God Mind that created us by an extension of Itself.
WHAT IS THE HUMAN BODY?
Not our real identity. Not a child of God. A tool for the temporary human experience that is destined to die and vanish from existence, that has a brain also capable of generating its own worldly thoughts, many of which are illusive egoistical depraved and destructive. An allusive self relied on to function on this world, known as the ego self.
WHAT IS SALVATION AND FOR WHOM IS IT FOR?
Salvation is not for our human bodies. Only thoughts can have salvation, which means eternal existence.
Salvation is only for the holy and eternal thoughts generated by the mind and capable of being expressed through the human brain. There cannot possibly exist salvation for any type of illusive thoughts, not only because they are devoid of reality and holiness, but also because no such thoughts can exist in the Mind God which is our real world and home. Each of us MUST work out her or his own salvation, with a constant daily decision to relinquish the previously generated illusive worldly thought system to replace it with the godly thought system of our Inner Holy Spirit Self. Help to accomplish this can be requested from God according to our worldly religion and intellectual beliefs. But our God will not do for us what we must do, nor can any worldly religious belief in anybody or in anything can accomplish that duty of the Soul for us. Only our holy thoughts will survive the human experience, regardless of your adopted worldly beliefs. Only to the extent that we are holy, we are “SAVED” from the final judgment. Only to the extent that we are holy, we really are the children of God.
WHAT IS THE FINAL JUDGMENT?
The final judgment is one of the most wonderful experience waiting to take place to each one of us. It will be individually conducted by each of us at the second of our separation from our dead human bodies, when the entire ego thought system vanishes and we recover total spiritual consciousness of God and of our real identity in connection to God.
WHAT IS LOVE?
God is love. Love is a high level of spiritual holy consciousness that as human beings is expressed with godly feelings to protect to provide and to express empathy for everyone.
WHAT IS THE EGO SELF?
The ego self is made up of the total sum of all the illusive worldly thoughts that the brain has adopted into its thought system. As a result, the ego egotistical nature collides with the universal laws of God under which we exist, such as the law of thoughts, which are the essence of our being. The laws of thoughts, as the laws of gravity, or as the laws of cause and effect, never ever fails to produce the required consequences. Our thoughts will always attract into existence the type of good or bad experiences that are fully harmonious with the general nature of our thought system. The ego thought system is usually, about 90% of the time, responsible for our bad experiences during our human experience. Events beyond our control are responsible for the other 10%.
WHAT IS HELL?
For many brains, the real hell is the results caused by their own illusive and destructive ego thought system on this world. Hell is a self made and a self inflicted illusive and self destructive state of mind, so to speak. There is no hell away from the brain, and from the human experience. It is an illusive belief of many worldly religions. The real hell is the void in godly consciousness which causes us to feel an illusive separation from God.
WHAT ARE SINS?
Sins are errors of the brain, and thus of the self made ego thought system. The Spirit, our real and only real identity, is eternally under God’s grace and cannot be made responsible for the sins of the ego self. The consequences of the ego’s sins are a void in saved holy thoughts, in addition to, usually, very bad experiences on this world brought about by the laws of thoughts, which no one can escape.
WHAT IS HEAVEN?
Heaven is the Mind of God. To the extent that we become holy on this world, we can experience God, and thus we can experience Heaven. When we leave our human bodies, and thus this world, we will return to God, and thus to Heaven, which is our eternal Home as Spiritual Beings.
WHAT IS CHRIST?
Under metaphysical knowledge, Christ is the total sum of all the minds that God has ever created, and the Son of God. Only to the extent that we give Christ a face, we are real Christians. Jesus of Nazareth gave Christ a face, and to the extent that He did, He relinquished his worldly ego self to become Christ, the Son of God. However, our Holy Brother Jesus didn’t have or wanted to have a monopoly on the Christ Universal Mind, which is available to us all. The Christ is our Mind Spirit, and thus our real identity.
WHAT IS GOD?

BLOG #31; GoFundMe Rejected the Merits of my Case
I am very grateful for the effort that the National Center for Reason and Justice accomplished in seeking funds for my cause through the GoFundMe web site. On October 24, 2021, the GoFundMe Team informed the N.C.R.J.’s attorneys and their Executive Director that their account for my cause had been removed due to a violation of the GoFundMe Terms of Service Prohibited Conduct Section, which can be read at https://www.gofundme.com/terms (Ticket #9104209). In a nutshell, the GoFundMe Team relied on the following policy in support of their decision:
“PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES #9:
…the legal defense of alleged crimes associated with hate,
violence, harassment, bullying, discrimination, terrorism,
or intolerance of any kind relating to race, ethnicity, national
origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender,
gender identity, gender expression, serious disabilities or
diseases, financial crimes or crimes of deception ….”
Needless to say that this very disappointing news caused me much distress. I have no problem understanding the logic behind the above quoted GoFundMe policy, when it is properly applied….. For example, to an applicable case that hasn’t gone to trial, like in the case of Mr. Kyle Rittenhouse. In my opinion, in the first place, the above quoted policy should not be arbitrarily applied systematically to cases claiming post conviction actual INNOCENCE. In the second place, I believe that the patrons of GoFundMe should be allowed to determine for themselves which cause is most deserving of their donations. Most rules are subject to one or more exceptions. I have been incarcerated on the basis of fabricated evidence since 1984 and without the necessary funds most likely I will have to remain illegally incarcerated until my body drops dead. Above all, the truth will be buried with my body, alone with the human rights violations that my cause is seeking to correct to some extent. GoFundMe has come to play a very important role in our society, serving as a vehicle through which the general public can contribute to the wellbeing of members of our society. Therefore, it is imperative to avoid arbitrary and systematic denials of financial help to meritorious appeals presented by reputable organizations, such as the National Center for Reason and Justice. Further, GoFundMe should provide a process to allow for the appeal of any such denial for financial contributions.
I still need your financial help for my cause. Just like GoFundMe, the National Center for Reason and Justice, which has been established as a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization for over 25 years, can provide you with tax deductible benefit for your donations if you request it. Attorneys such as Amy Gershenfeld Donnella, who represented me on pro bono basis for over ten years with my federal petition for a writ of habeas corpus, comes at the rate of one per one million. In 2007, when Amy had to leave my case to get a job at the Federal Capital Habeas Project, in Maryland, I wasn’t able to replace her. Amy took my case to the United States Supreme Court, but unfortunately the Supreme Court declined to get involved in my litigation against Janet Reno, United States Attorney General under President Bill Clinton. Amy could not have represented me in the courts of the State of Florida, because she is not a member of the Florida Bar, nor is she familiar with the laws and the rules of the State of Florida.
On October 15, 2009, the Innocence Project of Florida, Inc., sent me a letter stating:
”Dear Mr. Escalona,
We discovered your file in our office as a potential NON-DNA case, sent to us from the Innocence Project in New York.
We require additional information to determine whether we can assist you. If you would like our organization to look into your case, please complete and return the attached papers (A 13 pages Screening Questionnaire)…..Please be patient and we will write back as soon as we can.”.
At first I was skeptical due to the bad reputation that the Florida Innocence Project has amongst the prisoners with claim of actual innocence, such as myself. Their own statement that they had ”discovered my file in their office”, was a turn off for me. I had to wonder for how long ”my file” had been ignored. For how many months, or perhaps years? Where had my file been kept when it was ”DISCOVERED”? Their statements gave me a bad feeling. I sensed a great void in responsibility and organization. Therefore, prior to completing and returning the Screening Questionnaire, I tried to find another source of pro bono legal representation. We could not find any attorney that was willing to represent my cause on pro bono basis And representing my cause pro se was not an option for several reasons beyond my control.
Finally, on October 20, 2009, I had the Fuster Defense Committee mail my Screening Questionnaire via U.S.P.S. Certified Mail to the Florida Innocence Project. Subsequently, after having waited for an answer for over one year, Ms. Charlot Luinetti, Director of the Fuster Defense Committee, sent them a letter to inquire about the progress of my case. We didn’t receive an answer. We sent a second letter, and on May 26, 2011, the Innocence Project of Florida requested that we resubmit my Screening Questionnaire. By telephone, Ms. Luinetti (Who became my wife for over ten years), was informed that they couldn’t find my October 20, 2009, Screening Questionnaire, which she had personally mailed to them. I wanted to forget about the Florida Innocence Project, but they were my only hope for justice. On July 31, 2011, I resubmitted the same Screening Questionnaire.
For several years we continued in communication from time to time (I have a copy of every letter). In view of the fact that they had not rejected my case; and in view of the fact that I am actually 100% innocent of every charge against me, I became very confident that the delay was due to the size of my case and that they were busy working on my case. I deceived myself. I opted to believe what I needed to believe to keep on surviving my prolonged illegal incarceration. On January 4, 2018, Attorney Seth E. Miller, Executive Director of the Florida Innocence Project, Inc., wrote to me stating:
”We are sorry to inform you that we have reviewed your case and have determined that our office cannot accept it.”. ”While we understand that there are multiple ways by which a person can be wrongfully convicted, our limited resources as a non-profit organization restrict the scope of our work.”….
I was shocked! There is no evidence at all that they conducted any investigation of the facts and of my legal arguments. For example, none of my prior attorneys was contacted. The files from the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida State Attorney Office were not purchased and researched. I was never contacted for any question. They still have custody of my seven boxes of legal papers and four video tapes of the way that Joseph and Laurie Braga brainwashed the Country Walk Children for Janet Reno.
SO WHAT ARE THE FACTS NOW???
I need $100,000.00 to hire the required law firm with their investigators from the area of Miami Dade County to work with Attorney Amy Gershenfeld Donnella as their co-counsel. I want to be totally cleared of the false charge against me in connection to my Case #81-21904 from the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. I seek to have all the false charges against me and against my ex-wife Iliana Flores Fuster deleted in connection to our Case #84-19728 A&B, because both of us are 100% innocent of each and every charge that Janet Reno concocted to realize our convictions. I want the truth!
