MY EX WIFE MARTHA ELENA GONZALES

Martha owns a place in my heart that no one can ever take away from her. I have included that assertion in every dialogue about our ten years relationship. Martha has been the only woman with frequent access to my brain during my nightly dreams. And such dreams have always been non sexual, but very pleasant, just sharing routine daily events, as if we were still together. She has always been included in my prayers with love. I am sorry that we couldn’t stay together for life, sharing oneness and divine love. I have asked her for forgiveness for all my errors and for my egotistical loveless actions during our marriage.

I met Martha in the Summer of 1973 through her late sister Guisela. At 16 years old Martha had the sexy body of a fully developed young woman. A 16 years old woman is not a child. I was highly impressed with her beauty, but not so much with her crazy conduct at that time. Martha was dating a man and escaping with him every weekend, after her parents left their apartment about 9:00 p.m. to visit some relatives. They never returned until after 4:00 a.m.. They trusted Martha with the safety of her four younger sisters. But Martha betrayed that trust and went away to party soon after her parents left their apartment. That was a very crazy and highly risky conduct. Anything bad could have happened to her. I left and didn’t return to their apartment during few months, however I couldn’t get Martha out of my brain. In part, because I became concerned about her safety, but also because I liked her.

One day I decided to call Guisela to find out how Martha was doing and Guisela told me that Martha was acting crazy because her boyfriend had left her. The next day I called Martha and started a friendship with her over the telephone using a fake name (Junior). About three weeks later I revealed my true identity to Martha and soon after that Martha had me replacing her ex boyfriend to take her out dancing every Friday and Saturday night. We loved to dance. Our favorite discotheque was “Wednesday”, located in Manhattan, New York City. We never consumed much alcohol and we never had sex. In fact, I never took Martha to my place. I justified my actions taking her out to dance thinking that with me, Martha was safe.

By the time that Martha turned 17 years old, I had introduced myself to her stepfather and to her mother, to let them know that I had good intentions with Martha and to seek approval to visit her to get to know each other better. They learned that I was a convicted felon, that I worked as a computer operator, and that I was divorced.

The unexpected took place on December 31, 1973, when I visited Martha to receive the New Year together. Her stepfather had his wife order me to leave, claiming that the party was only for family members and therefore I was not welcomed. I immediately left. I felt very embarrassed and humiliated by such an erratic conduct. Martha was very upset and followed me to the elevators. Her stepfather came out to order Martha to return to the apartment. To my surprise, Martha ignored him. Martha’s mother came out and also ordered Martha to return inside. Instead of obeying, Martha grabbed my hand in a sign of defiance and refusal to comply. Martha’s mother reacted by telling Martha to leave with me and to never return. I was totally shocked by such an unloving crazy behavior from a biological mother. How can a mother throw her child away like that? They went inside their apartment and locked the door. Martha didn’t want to return inside. We waited for someone to come out until Martha’s aunt came out. She gave me her address and I took Martha to that address. But when that aunt arrived, she refused to accept responsibility for Martha and told her to stay with me.

I rented a room for Martha in the private house where I lived. Martha was very upset and depressed, feeling traumatized by what had happened. I couldn’t turn her to the police. I couldn’t turn my back on her. I was the only person that she had. I immediately felt the need to protect Martha. We returned to her mother’s apartment when no one was home to collect Martha’s clothes. Few days later I accepted the reality that I had been given the responsibility for Martha’s life and we began living together as husband and wife. I rented a nice apartment and purchased new furniture and got us a beautiful dog. However, Martha was indifferent and not happy. We were not together by choice.

Since Martha was underage, I became concerned about having violated the terms of my parole. Out of fear I quit my good job to move to Florida, a bad economical decision for which I erroneously blamed Martha. One day Martha left me and returned to New York behind my back, but she wasn’t welcomed and was forced to return to me. When Martha turned 18 years old, we got married, notwithstanding the fact that we were experiencing constant disagreements. I just wanted to do the right thing. When she had our son, I wanted her to stop working and become a housewife, but she felt insecure and refused to comply. I accused her of being a bad mother and of not loving me. I had to hire babysitters to help me care for our son.

After being together for eight years, I filed for divorce. But we remained together for two more years, until I felt that we both had taken too many bad actions against each other to remain together. I added up the value of what we owned and got a loan to give her 50% in cash. She wasted most of those funds. Even purchased a car to her boyfriend. Then she paid a down payment on a condominium that she abandoned. Subsequently she wanted to return to me, but I rejected her because she had been with another man.

CO DEFENDANT AND EX WIFE ILIANA FLORES

Now, 43 years after our beautiful wedding, I find myself asking: Was it love? When I asked for Iliana’s hand in marriage, I acted under the feelings and passion of what I interpreted as love back then. However, my current definition and feeling of love has experienced a metamorphic process since our wedding day on September 24, 1983. With the years and my human experiences, my understanding of God as love and my capacity to love have increased tenfold. Therefore, in comparison, I ask now: Was it real love what we experienced? It could be said that it was a marriage of convenience for both of us. Iliana wanted to get away from her stepfather and from her poor living conditions, to experience better living conditions in my house. I wanted a good stepmother for my son and a good wife to share love and sex (Not the same). On Iliana’s part there were two misrepresentation of actual facts that I decided to overlook.

I fell in love with an alleged 22 years old very sophisticated woman from Honduras, not with a 16 years old girl, who came into my human experience through my five years old son Noel Fuster, in the Spring of 1983, at a Flea Market in Miami, where Iliana was working selling plants. While I was busy selecting plants, Iliana obtained my home telephone number from my son, who had fallen for her beautiful face before I was also enchanted. I granted Iliana’s request to call Noel. Iliana called us daily, each time talking with Noel for two minutes and talking with me for two hours. She misrepresented the facts concerning her age and about being a virgin. She had much sexual sophistication and she was 16 years old, but had picture I.D. cards as a 22 years old woman. She acted the role very well. In any case, in my opinion, a 16 years old human being is not a child. Iliana’s mother and family members knew that Iliana was manipulating me and provided her with their collaboration.

Iliana lived in a very poor N.W. neighborhood. She was very impressed with my three car garage house in Country Walk, where I lived as a single parent with my son, however, all her lies took place through our telephone conversations before she visited my house for the first time. We had our first reunion about one week after we met, when Iliana requested to spend time with Noel. We met in Downtown Miami. That day we spend time with Noel in the swimming pool of the Country Walk Clubhouse. That day i met Iliana’s family. A week later, when Iliana asked me if I would like to dance with her, we had our first real date and our first kiss. I had to borrow my neighbor’s car, because my car wasn’t functioning. I took her to her house about midnight. From that day forward Iliana became very important to me. Sometimes, Iliana helped me in my Showroom, because my secretary had quit.

The original wedding date was changed twice. The first date was set for December of 1984. Iliana and her mother had me change that day to February 14, 1984, because it was more romantic than Christmas time. Subsequently, they convinced me to advance the wedding to September 24, 1983, because Iliana and her sister Lorena were experiencing problems with their stepfather. We had a big wedding and Iliana’s biological father came from Honduras to give me his daughter. He was 23 years older than Iliana’s mother. I most definitely felt that I was loved and in love, not with a 16 years (and ten months) old girl, but with a highly sophisticated young woman.

Iliana’s mother invited me to eat a great meal in her house one day before I purchased the Marriage License, with the real objective to inform me that she had to accompany me to purchase the Marriage License because Iliana was underage and needed her consent to get marry. She had me believe that Iliana would become 18 years old on November 28, 1983. That was a lie. Iliana was about to have her 17th birthday. She was born on November 28, 1966. I didn’t mmediately perform a calculation. It took me a few months to discover Iliana’s real age through her cousin Maritza Betanco, who lived with us for about five months.

To say that Iliana was a good wife and a very good stepmother to Noel, would be an understatement. In about only four months Iliana had my son reading. She took good care of me and of our house. We rarely argued and making up afterwards was fun. We liked rough playing. Almost daily we visited the Country Walk Clubhouse, but also enjoyed the Metro Zoo, the beach, the theaters, the Flea Market, the television programs, dancing and eating out. We were very happy together.

It was at the Country Walk Clubhouse that Joan Menoher (Phonetic) , Manager, got Iliana involved in the home babysitting service for our neighbors. Iliana and I have always loved children and enjoyed their presence as a gift from God and as an opportunity to earn additional funds. I was out working on my new business during the babysitting time, but we shared time with some of the parents and their children on Sundays. Iliana was very happy with the children because I couldn’t impregnate Iliana.

The person that Iliana became under the torture that she had to endure at the jail, and that testified against me with many false statements to avoid a life sentence for crimes that never even existed, and that caused me unspeakable pain and suffering, is unknown to me. I had instructed Iliana to say whatever Janet Reno wanted to hear to obtain her release and she did just that. I cannot complain now. I do not hold resentment toward my ex wife. Instead, I am grateful for the ten months that we had together. I wish her well. I bless Iliana and her current family with my highest holy thoughts. I think that is love. Right?

THE NEED FOR A CORRECTIONAL OMBUDSMAN OFFICE

Everglades Correctional Institution doesn’t appear to continue operating as an ADA Incentivized Institution. My knowledge of it began in 2022 when I returned here. I came with great expectations, which the reality of this prison eliminated. The worst reality seems to be that the circumstances are not improving. This prison no longer functions under the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere expected of an incentivized institution. My hopes and expectations for an incentivized prison, to be operated by staff members with a new mentality conductive to providing good examples of moral codes and higher academic training, have vanished. Also vanished my expectations for an incentivized prison that houses mostly prisoners with relatively sane brains, seeking to relinquish the negative thoughts and emotions whose manifestation resulted in their arrest and conviction.

WHAT ARE THE FACTS?

We are mostly under the custody of African American and Haitian American persons, most of which are functioning without enough academic training and prisoners rehabilitation training. The proper selection of staff members is imperative to accomplish the goals for which the prisons exist. It seems that prisons are being used to provide jobs for a specific group of persons. About 60% of the security staff members are females, some very young. Most of all the staff members rely on a significant level of aggressiveness toward us as what seems to be a required credential of their job assignment. That is not conductive to good communications and good examples of professional conduct. We are always perceived as criminal minded individuals, and our level of honesty and good will usually remain unrecognized. The idea that prisoners can never be trusted provides evidence of that fact.

WHAT ARE THE FACTS?

An incentivized institution cannot logically coexist as an institution that also houses mentally ill individuals, many of which require a daily dose of psychotherapy drugs. Each group requires conflicting treatment and rules. Most mentally sick individuals are not receptive to the goals and living conditions of a truly incentivized institution. Everglades Correctional Incentivized Institution is housing some psychopaths and other types of mentally disturbed prisoners, some of which are very aggressive and constantly ready to attack without provocation, just reacting to imagined offenses. They interfere with the peace and the goals of the rest of us, because the idea of a self rehabilitation opportunity is meaningless and undesirable to most of them. We have a few psychopaths here in the ADA Dorm. The proper selection of inmates for the incentivized institution requires critical evaluations of the candidate’s thought-system. That hasn’t been taking place. The good idea of separating the sane brains from the insane brains requires time, labor, experience, common sense, and knowledge.

WHAT ARE THE FACTS?

All incentivized prisons should provide everything that is being offered to lure inmates into requesting a transfer to one of the few available incentivized prisons, but that is not the case here. We require a relaxed and peaceable atmosphere, free from unnecessary rules devoid of a valid penological objective. We need better treatment, better food, better mattresses, better pillows, better medical treatment and air conditioner in all the dorms to address the heat. The ongoing heat waves and the ongoing deprivation of adequate medical care are subjecting the prisoners to the cruel and unusual punishment that is prohibited by the Eight Amendment to the United States Constitution.

WHAT ARE THE FACTS?

Our ADA dorm is very crowded, housing 64 inmates on 32 double bunks, instead of a maximum of 46 inmates, 18 on single bunks and 28 on double bunks. The 18 single bunks that belong in the ADA Dorm for the wheelchairs, are located on the second floor, being used by young and healthy inmates that do not need them. The ADA staff members are well aware of the problem, but have been ignoring their duty to provide the required solution. The only solution is to return the 18 single bunks to the ADA Dorm, but that requires undesirable work. The ADA staff stopped their required monthly inspection of the ADA Dorm several years ago.

WHAT ARE THE FACTS?

We have two televisions, but only one is located in the TV Room. The other one is located inside the crowded dormitory and it is being used for sports only, which generates very loud noises and interferes with our ability to sleep and rest. Also, there are no chairs available, or a place to use them even if we had them. We must remain standing up to watch the TV. The inmates in wheelchairs and walkers have a daily hard time moving around the dorm.

WHAT ARE THE FACTS?

The for profit private corporations Centurion of Florida LLC, that is supposed to provide adequate medical care, and Aramark LLC, that is supposed to be providing us with better food, is actually serving us inferior meals, placing their profits above our medical illnesses and nutriments requirements.

WHAT ARE THE FACTS?

Our grievance process is devoid of integrity, and thus is ineffective. About 90% of our good faith grievances are either denied, or illegally returned without action, based on false allegations. Thus, the violations are safe from the required correction.

CONCLUSION:

The Florida Department of Corrections has demonstrated, and is demonstrating, an urgent need for an independently ran Correctional Ombudsman Office, under the supervision of the Florida House of Representatives. .

Respected Florida Bar Referral Service Representatives:

My objective via this letter is to try to find a law firm, or perhaps a retired attorney, that could possibly be interested in a pro bono representation of a man that has been incarcerated since August 10, 1984, on the basis of fabricated allegations of sexual child abuse during the national hysteria of such allegations during the decade of the 80s, in connection to cases # 81-21904 and # 84-19728-A, both from the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. The motivation should be, above all, the legal and moral duty to expose the truth that the tender minds of children were raped by United States Attorney General Janet Reno, and to enforce the Constitutions of the State of Florida and of the United States, as well as to act under the Florida Bar Code of Honor. The wellbeing of society should be the focus. I do not have much time left on this world.

The details of my two illegal convictions are well articulated throughout the enclosed documents. In a nutshell, Miss Janet Reno maliciously prosecuted me to gain favor with two families of law enforcement agents with whom I had had some problems, which falsely accused me, and subsequently me and my 17 year old wife, Iliana Flores Fuster (Case #84-19728-B), of sexual child abuse. Janet Reno’s objective was to obtain more votes for her 1984 reelection bid as the Dade County State Prosecutor, because her opponent, Attorney Jack Thompson, was running for her job under the political platform of the protection of sexually abused children and accusing Janet Reno of failing society in that important duty, after a three year old boy had been raped in a Jewish Day Care Center and no one had been arrested. The book “Satan’s Silence”, by freelance Author Debbie Nathan, provides much information confirming these facts and discrediting the book “Unspeakable Acts” by Janet Reno’s friend Anchorwoman Jan Hollingsworth, and thus also discrediting the subsequent ABC movie with the same title, now being aired by Netflix. I have been relying on the term: “INNOCENCE” since my first case in 1981, claiming undiluted innocence, totally guiltless, totally blameless, because the alleged criminal conduct under which I was convicted NEVER EXISTED. NEVER TOOK PLACE. In 1982 I was subjected to a five hours lie detection test ordered and paid for by the court, which confirmed my claim of ACTUAL INNOCENCE. Further confirmation took place with a five hours psychological evaluation and tests, also ordered and paid for by the State of Florida. I took my Case # 81-21904 to trial facing 15 years in prison, after I rejected several plea bargain offers. The last offer was for only a six months under probation sentence. A man that knows that he is guilty wouldn’t have rejected that offer. I took my case to trial because I am not, nor have I ever been, a pedophile. Honorable Steven Robinson, was obviously convinced of my innocence, but could not dismiss the case because he was fearful of the many police officers in the courtroom related by blood to the ten year old State witness Miss Renee Rivero, and of the Dade County State Attorney Janet Reno, who had brought him over from his job as a judge in the Small Claims Civil Court to conduct my trial, because Judge Joseph Farina had declined to continue forward with my case. Even the original assistant prosecutor for one year and my defense attorney Mr. William Castro were replaced. Instead, Judge Robinson sentenced me to only two years under probation. Prior to the termination of my probation, out of the blue, I was arrested in the courtroom of Honorable Robert Newman, under the false allegation that I had changed jobs without notifying my probation officer. I had my own business for about ten years. Subsequently, the false allegations of sexual child abuse of the pre school children that had been babysat by my wife and by her cousin Miss Maritsa Betanco, began to be filed. The parents walked away with $1,200.000.00 in cash for each mentally abused child in out of court settlements with my co defendant in the civil cases, Arvida Disney Corporation, a subdivision of Walt Disney. Primero que nada te hago llegar mis bendiciones. Una bendición es un regalo y nadie puede regalar lo qué no tiene. Por Ley Divina, la Energía Universal de Dios constantemente está reaccionando a las energías que emiten nuestros pensamientos, ya que los pensamientos también son energía. Por medios de la energía que emiten nuestros pensamientos estamos pidiendo las circunstancias de nuestra experiencia humana las 24 horas del dia. Recibimos en nuestra experiencia humana el resultado de la naturaleza de dichos pensamientos. Orar es pedir y nadie puede evitar las consecuencias de sus pensamientos. Nuestros pensamientos controlan las circunstancias de nuestra experiencia humana y nos mantienen constantemente en comunicación con la Energía que es Dios. Dios no se comunica con los seres humanos por medios de palabras en ningún lenguaje de este mundo. Nos comunicamos con Dios por la telepatía de nuestras energías mentales.

Aún estamos pasando por el proceso de nuestra creación en el nivel espiritual. Dios se esta duplicando a Si Mismo por medios de cada uno de nosotros en el nivel espiritual, que es nuestro verdadero mundo. La experiencia humana es solo una diminuta parte de nuestra contribución individual a nuestra propia creación. No somos cuerpos humanos. Nuestra realidad es ESPIRITU-MENTE. En dichos casos, hasta el punto en que se identifican con sus cuerpos, ellos le dedican la experiencia humana a la gratificación de los apetitos carnales, por lo que no pueden acumular y cultivar los santos pensamientos de luz y eternidad que provienen del Cristo Interior. Solo hasta el punto en que nos identificamos con Cristo, verdaderamente somos Cristianos. Debemos de imitar a nuestro hermano Jesús el Nazareno y a otros seres humanos que le dieron sus cerebros, y por lo tanto sus cuerpos, al Cristo Interior. El Cristo en ti, y solo Cristo, es la Verdad, el Camino a Dios, y la Vida, no Jesús el ser humano. El mismo Jesús declaró qué los milagros no procedían de él, si no de la Presencia de Dios en él.

Siguiendo con mis conocimientos acerca de nuestro hermano Jesús el Nazareno y su grandiosa manifestación del Cristo en él, yo declaro que la expiación no proviene como resultado de la crucifixión y asesinato de Jesús, si no de su resurrección al mundo espiritual, demostrando así que la muerte permanente del cuerpo en nada afecta nuestra eterna y santa identidad espiritual, que es Cristo.

Es mas, ninguno de los errores de este mundo cometidos por la personalidad humana, o sea, por el ego, pueden afectar a las Extensiones del Creador que pasamos por este mundo con cuerpos humanos como parte de nuestra propia creación, para aprender a amar con lenguajes humanos. Dicho de otra forma, el pecado verdaderamente no existe. Definitivamente, ninguna Extensión de Dios puede perder su santidad por nada que suceda en este mundo. Estamos eternamente en estado de Gracia, por lo cuál podemos pasar por la experiencia humana sin peligro a sufrir alguna mala consecuencia por las locuras del ego.

El ego es el producto de los pensamientos mundanos que adoptamos en el cerebro y que, usualmente, están contaminados con algún tipo de maldad o fantasía. Identificarse con el ego es el equivalente a identificarse con el cuerpo, lo cual representa la mayor locura y error que podemos cometer, ya que las consecuencias de tal error pueden llevarnos a varios niveles de crímenes en este mundo.

El ego no tiene realidad, ya que no es creado por Dios. No sabe, ni puede, ni quiere, amar. Es extremadamente egoísta. En realidad, el ego es el ante Cristo. Entre el ego y Cristo no puede existir ninguna reconciliación nunca. El que se identifica con su ego que por error creó en su cerebro, hasta ese punto, esta rechazando al Cristo Interior que hace later su corazón y que es su mediador con el Creador del Cosmo. Afortunadamente, el destino de todo ego es desvanecerse en el maravilloso momento de la muerte del cuerpo con su cerebro. En ese momento, regresamos a nuestro verdadero mundo.

The facts concerning Frank’s first conviction began in the fall of 1981 at a party, when Frank and his prior wife Martha agreed to help a woman named Lydia, who needed a ride to her apartment. Lydia had three kids with her: six year old Timothy, ten year old Lissa and nine year old Renee Rivero, whom she was babysitting for one week. On the way Frank picked up his van and Renee got in the van with him. During the ten minute trip, Renee sat next to Frank and they had small talk about the instruments panel of the van. After Frank and Martha dropped them off, Lydia kept on drinking and informed Renee that Lissa had been raped by her uncle and alleged that men liked little girls. Lissa and Lydia asked Renee several times if Frank had touched her between her legs. Each time Renee affirmed that Frank had NOT touched her “down there”. The girls discussed Lissa’s rape during the next three days. When Renee’s mother (Mrs Kendall) returned for Renee, Renee alleged that Frank had placed his arm around her shoulder and waist when she sat next to him. This took place at a time of a national hysteria of sexual child abuse cases that peaked in 1985, when, according to Mary Pride, Author of: “The Child Abuse Industry”, over one million persons in the United States were convicted with fabricated evidence. Based on Renee’s innocent statements and Lydia’s revelation about Lissa, Mrs Kendall, who was high, called Frank and called him: “Child Molester”, which ended up in a nasty war of name calling and threats. As a result, Frank went twice to see Renee’s grandfather: Sgt. Detective Raymond Haar at the Police Station, but Mr. Haar refused to talk with Frank. Subsequently, Renee’s uncle, Police Officer Raymond Haar, Jr, visited Frank’s house with his gun in his hand and terrorized Frank’s four year old son and his babysitter. Also broke the Porch lamp and the side window of Frank’s van. Frank filed a complaint with the Police Department Internal Affairs. As a result, four plain clothes policemen invaded Frank’s home to search it by force without Frank’s authorization or a warrant. When the family found out that Frank wanted to file a lawsuit, they filed a charge of molestation against Frank, however, Janet Reno’s Office declined to prosecute Frank based on Renee’s innocent statements. Subsequently, Sgt. Haar visited Janet Reno who had Renee change her original statements to include touching between her legs over her dress to be able to prosecute Frank. Prior to the trial, Judge Joseph Farina had Frank submit himself to a sophisticated five hours lie detector test and to a five hours psychological evaluation, both of which Frank passed with flashing lights, but the charge was not dropped. Frank rejected plea bargain offers as low as six months under probation. During the trial, Frank ‘s attorney, Mr Henry Rauch, didn’t allow Frank to testify on his defence, nor did he informed the jury that Frank had passed a lie detector and a psychological evaluation ordered by the Court. Author Mark Pendergrast became Frank’s champion through his book: “Victims of Memory” (To buy one call 800-356-9315).

CASE #84-19728-A

During the time that Frank was serving his two years probation sentence, his new wife Iliana and her cousin were babysitting up to four pre school children for their neighbors in the Country Walk Community (With the knowledge and authorization of Mr. Barry Hecht, Frank’s Probation Officer). Frank was far away working in his business. Some of those parents were policemen and assistant prosecutor for Janet Reno. Police Lieutenant Vincent Landis and his wife Sergeant Andrea began the case by accusing Frank and Iliana of having molested their four years old girl. They also went door to door telling the neighbors that Frank had raped a nine year old girl. Three weeks later they filed an 18,000,000.00 lawsuit against Frank’s codefendants Arvida Disney Corp. and Country Walk. Other families followed suit Each child collected up to $1,200,000.00 in cash. Also, Janet Reno’s friend Anchor Jan Hollingsworth published the fictional book “Unspeakable Acts” and ABC made a movie of it (Now in Netflix). No sign of abuse was ever found at the Jackson Memorial Hospital. To address that problem, based on a four hours culture test that can only determine the presence of harmless Neisseria organisms in the throat, Janet Reno alleged that Frank’s five year old son had Neisseria Gonorrhea in his throat, for which Frank and Iliana tested negative.

Iliana made a deal, testified against Frank, served four years, got deported, and the parents sent her $300.00 monthly to Honduras for ten years. Frank is serving six life sentences since 1984, after rejecting a 15 year sentence to defend the truth.

THE BEGINNING OF THE EGO’S THOUGHT-SYSTEM

INTRODUCTION

When a human being is born, simultaneously the ego thought-system is also born in the baby’s brain, but it is blank. At that point, the baby’s brain is devoid of language and therefore devoid of thoughts. Without language no thoughts can exist. The ego self is made of worldly thoughts. At that point, the brain of the newborn baby is totally innocent and is reduced to it’s lower level of awareness due to the lack of language, however, that amazing baby’s brain is highly receptive to the energies around it’s space of audio and visual receptiveness, and it can recognize faces and things. It’s five senses are functioning very well. It can and will rely on it’s natural animalistic instinct to express hunger, thirst, cold, heat, itching and pain by crying. Before having learned enough vocabulary to begin thinking and talking, the baby’s brain can and will learn to express different feelings such as love, but also fear and anger if such energies had been previously inculcated, which can and will affect the child’s human experience, sometimes for many years. Much care must be constantly provided to protect the child’s brain from the traumatizing long term contamination with thoughts that induce the feelings of fear and anger into the brain..

The geographical place of birth will always determine the language and the culture to be learned, but the first impressions of this world will be inculcated into the virgin brain by all the other human beings that have access to the newborn’s brain. Specially when the child is asleep and thus most vulnerable to receive and to adopt other brains’ energies and words. Through the daily and constant inculcation of feelings and words into the child’s brain, the ego’s thought-system is formed and it becomes the worldly identity to guide that child through his or her human experience, with additional holy guidance from the Inner Christ Presence and the Holy Spirit.

THE HARMFUL INCULCATION OF BAD THOUGHTS

Anyone’s brain, regardless of age, can be analogous to a garden of very fertile ground. While any kind of thought, good or bad, can be analogous to a seed. Just like any seed that is planted in the fertile ground of a garden will produce it’s fruits, or it’s flowers, or it’s leafs, likewise, any thought that is planted in the brain will in time reproduce itself in various similar forms and attract into existence the required circumstances that can allow their manifestation. That is called the Law of Thoughts under which we all exist. That is why through the careful selection of our thoughts we will always determine much of the circumstances of our human experience. The reproduction of worldly thoughts in the ego’s thought-system will find manifestation through insane or unkind conduct, and is responsible for the daily endless amount of crimes and egotistical actions that we can witness through the national news media and around us. Actually, our egos are the real, and only, Antichrist. The purification of our ego’s thought system is everybody’s main mission on this planet.

The inculcation of illusive thoughts into the tender brain of children is the beginning of a bad start in the child’s human experience, and the perpetuation of the worldly thought-system. All the human beings learn fear, anger, hate, egotistical conduct, sensuality, criminal conduct, aggressiveness, and how to lie, from the energies and the thoughts transmitted from other human beings around them. The ego thought system from the parents will be transmitted into their children’s brain to be manifested all over again. Through the television, the movies, the video games, and the comics, the brains of the children are further inculcated with more and more illusive thoughts that subsequently become the basis for the formation of the ego’s thought system’s irrational imaginations and it’s illusive sense of reality. Our society is inundated with fantasies that are being transmitted from generation to generation to deceive the brain of our children, such as: Santa Claus, Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Goldy Locks, Silvester and Tweet, Bugs Bonny, Donald Duck, Superman, Batman, Spider Man, Wonder Woman, The Incredible Hulk, The Flash, Robin Hood, The X-Men, Captain Marvel, Mighty Mouse, Peanuts, Calvin and Hobbes, Scooby-Doo, Star Wars, Star Trek, Dr. Strange, Fantastic Beast, Planet of the Apes, The Hobbits, The Lord of the Rings, Tales of the Crypt, Dungeons and Dragons, Monsters and Vampires, Harry Porter and countless video games. Do you get my point? Inculcated religious beliefs also play a mega role in the development of the ego’s thought-system, such as, but not limited to, the inculcated fear of demons and hell. No wonder so many children cannot sleep well in fear of their perceived monsters under their beds.

To the extent that we identify ourselves with our human body, we are identifying ourselves with the illusive temporary ego self that each of us has made on this planet with worldly thoughts during our human experience, and we are simultaneously rejecting our real holy and eternal Spiritual Self created by God in It’s Image. THERE IS NO GREATER ERROR. CORRECTION IS UP TO YOU. Do not allow the fear that has been inculcated into your brain to block your access to the divine holy knowledge within you. Only the truth is true.

Helen wrote five books that amounted to about 1,300 pages, which were published as one bible under the title: “A Course in Miracles”, by the Foundation For Inner Peace (P.O. Box 598, Mill Valley, CA 94942) (www.acim.org), with the limited assistance of her coworker Dr. William Thetford as her typist, therefore, we could call Helen a published Author, but Helen firmly refused to have her name on the cover of the volume, or to accept any commission from the profits produced by the sales of the book throughout the planet, affirming that the statements provided throughout A Course in Miracles are not her own statements….. That she had received all the statements through an inner dictation from a Holy Voice that was able to speak to her at any time through her mind. Helen stated that for about three months prior to the time when she began to take the dictation in shorthand notes, she had experienced highly symbolic dreams and descriptions of strange images. Once Helen agreed to write the statements provided by the Inner Voice, the Voice began by stating: “This is A Course in Miracles”. The Preface of A Course in Miracles, which introduced Helen to me, has Helen described as an atheist when she began to experience the above stated supernatural events, which is in clear conflict with the holy and powerful statements provided throughout A Course in Miracles about God and about Christ and about the Holy Spirit. Further, any person that has read The New Testament will soon be able to identify the statements provided throughout A Course in Miracles as provided by the Spirit of Jesus Christ. Jesus even discusses his crucifixion through Chapter Three. Therefore, after having studied A Course in Miracles since April 7, 2004, I found myself accepting as fact that Helen cannot be the real Author of A Course in Miracles and that the real Author is Jesus Christ. Accepting that fact was not easy for me, because I am very skeptical to accept as fact supernatural claims. I cannot rely on just faith to accept such allegations as facts. The one factor that influenced my mind the most, was the nature of the statements provided by a Course in Miracles, because those statements, being egoless, cannot be logically attributed to any human mind, leave alone to the brain of an atheist, even if such brain belonged to a highly educated professional professor of doctors. i.e., to a scientist.

Helen and William were employed as Professors of Medical Psychology at the prestigious Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. They dedicated about seven years of their busy schedule to provide A Course in Miracles to humanity. They began by publishing the first three manuscripts (Book #1. Test, 669 pages. Book #2. Workbook for Students, 488 pages. Book #3. Manual for Teachers, 92 pages.). Subsequently, Book #4 (Psychotherapy, 24 pages.) and Book #5 (The Song of Prayer, 22 pages.) were added to A Course in Miracles as supplements. There are three alleged versions of Frank Fuster, but only the current version is the legitimate version, because only the now is real. The fictitious version that was invented by the late Democrat United States Attorney General Janet Reno when she was the Miami Dade County State Attorney, with the help of all the members of her team, NEVER EXISTED. That fictional version was made only for political objectives, to help Janet Reno win her reelection bit in 1984. To reject that fact is to reject the truth and only the truth is true. That fact was accurately documented by Debbie Nathan through her book: “Satan’s Silence” (Buy a copy: 800-331-3761).

During 1980 to 1988 the country experienced the highest point of a national hysteria that caused over one million illegal criminal convictions based on false allegations of sexual child abuse in 1985 alone, as professionally documented by Mary Pride through her book: “The Child Abuse Industry”. Janet Reno, in pursue of her political agenda, took advantage of said national hysteria to have me illegally convicted two times with false allegations of sexual child abuse (Cases 81-21904 and 84-19728-A. Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida). First, in 1982, to obtain the votes from a family of police officers with whom I had had a personal confrontation. During my trial, vital evidence of my innocence, including having successfully passed a sophisticated lie detection evaluation and a professional psychological evaluation, was not allowed into evidence. I was not even allowed to testify on my own behalf to defend myself. I was convicted without any real evidence, because none existed, as documented by Mark Pendergrast through his book: “Victims of Memories” (Buy a copy: 800-356-9315).

Subsequently, in 1985, Janet Reno had me and my 17 years old new wife Iliana Flores (Case #84-19728-B) illegally convicted with more fabricated false evidence, in part, with the help of several families for whom my wife and her cousin Maritsa Betanco had provided baby sitting service from our house, which included another family of more police officers that started the case by falsely accusing my wife and I of molesting their four year old child. This second conviction provided the required votes for Janet Reno’s reelection champaign and generated millions of dollars for the families from lawsuits filed, in part, against Arvida Disney Corporation. More funds were generated from a fictional book that was made into an ABC movie called: “Unspeakable Acts”, by friends of Janet Reno. Those facts, and the fact that I have a prior New York manslaughter conviction (See my Blog #42), left me without any credibility. I became the most hated man in the State of Florida. The news media called me a monster for many years, specially Janet Reno’s “partner”: Anchor Ann Bishop, from Chanel 10 in Miami. In prison, I had to fight constantly to survive and to remain alive. In the courts, all my appeals were denied, forcing me to remain in prison being totally innocent of each and every charge. I am not, nor have ever been, a pedophile (See my Blog #43) I don’t own such sick thoughts.

My young wife, being 110% innocent, was psychologically manipulated into accepting a plea bargain deal that I had rejected about ten times. As a result, she served four years in prison. I do not regret my decision to defend the truth at the expense of my freedom to self determination. I acted with honesty and honored the truth. The consequences of my decision to take my two cases to trial are my badge of honor. After 41 long years of illegal incarceration, here I remain standing in representation of the truth. That is my real legacy, because that is what I really did and that is who I really am.

The second version of Frank Fuster is the unsophisticated, materialistic, uncaring, egotistical, hard working Frank Fuster that existed prior to 1985. That version was gradually replaced by my current thought-system many years ago, through the spiritual purification of my thoughts. My incarceration hasn’t been an obstacle for me to lift my thoughts above my prior slavish animalistic indulgence to reach my highest spiritual potential at this time. That, too, is my legacy. DOES ANTISEMITISM APPLIES TO UNBELIEVERS LIKE ME?

The Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary defines “Antisemitism” to mean: hostility toward Jews as a religious or social minority. That same Dictionary defines the term “Defamation” as: to injure or destroy the reputation by libel or by slander. Antisemitism Defamation League Director Jonathan Greenblatt makes a connection between those two terms.

I do not feel any hostility towards the Jews on the basis of their religious beliefs. Only actions affect me. I do, without hostility, accuse Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of crimes of war against the innocent civilians in Gaza, allegedly in retaliation for the cruel attack by Hamas and the hostages being held. However, collective punishment and death for as many innocent civilian Palestinians as possible, as it has been taking place, is an unforgivable crime that equals genocide. Over 40,000 innocent civilians have been assassinated so far with the objective to take control of the entire Gaza enclave. That is a fact. Only the truth is true. The truth is not defamation or antisemitism.

In general, I feel respect for most of the Jewish civilians that I have met, such as: Attorney Amy Gershenfeld Donnella, from Pennsylvania, who represented my claim of undiluted innocence on pro bono basis for ten years. Towards Attorney Robert Rosenthal from New York and Attorney Arthur Cohen from Florida, also for their pro bono work on behalf of my cause. Further, I will always remember my Jewish teacher, Mrs. Shara Pelz, from the University of Miami School of Law, with all my respect and admiration. Further, I allowed a Jewish man to adopt my son. Just to name a few examples of my interactions with Jews.

Notwithstanding my respect for the civilian Jews, I am NOT a believer of the Hebrews’ allegations throughout their old manuscripts about their relationship with the Creator of the Cosmos or, about the creation of our planet or, about the creation of human beings or, about the many alleged supernatural interventions by God on their behalf or, about the ego type projected description of the God Mind, all recorded under the guise that the Creator can do anything. I am convinced that not one of those allegations is true. I find it amazing that millions of intellectual brains, out of fear of God, believe such allegations.

When I studied for ten years the 72 selected manuscripts of the so called “Holy Bible” (Selected by Roman Monks idolaters of the Sun, out of about 600 Jewish manuscripts by unknown Authors, during the leadership of the Roman Empire Governor Constantine, in about the year 313 of our time.), I didn’t find credible the religious tenets that now serve as the foundation for the Jewish and for the Christian religions. That fact about my spiritual intuition and knowledge raises one question: Does my spiritual perception and firm belief that the Hebrews fabricated their own religion to unite their descendants in perpetuity under one faith and one army, based on an idol god projected out of their own image, and in pursue of their own personal political and religious agendas, categorizes me as being antisemitic under the opinion of the Jewish Community?

I DO NOT BELIEVE:

1. That the Creator of the Cosmos has ever spoken to any Hebrew man or woman, or to any other human being. Oral communication between God and human beings is not possible. That has NEVER taken place and never will. God is energy and so are we, either as Spiritual Minds or as human beings. Energy controls energy. Our human bodies and our thoughts are also energy, but are not our real identity and reality. God created each of us by an extension of Its own Spiritual Self, as eternal and holy Spiritual Minds under eternal grace, with the power to create. As such, we do not rely on oral communication with God. Through our very brief role as human beings, which is a part of our developing process, our good and bad thoughts elicits an instant reaction from the energies of the Universal God-Mind, that we experience as circumstances in our human experience and as divine thoughts. That is the extent of our communication with God as human beings. No one can avoid the consequences of their thoughts.

2. That the Hebrews and their Jewish descendants are God’s chosen people, or that God has ever shown preference for any group of human beings. We are equals before God.

3. That God gave any land to the Hebrews, or to any other group of human beings.

4. That any of the alleged supernatural events recorded throughout the 72 biblical manuscripts ever took place.

I have asked and answered myself: What reasons are there to justify the existence of the term: “Antisemitism” in connection to the Jews? And of organizations established to provide protection to the Jews? Such as: “The Antisemitism Defamation League”. The obvious reply is: Because many people hate the Jews. That response raises a second question: Why some people hate the Jews so much? Could it be because most Jews have been indoctrinated with the false belief that they are superior human beings based on their alleged relationship with God? Could it be that the Jews have always been engaged in wars? Could it be that the Jews took by force the land owned by the Palestinians? Could it be all of the above? You decide.
