MY LEGACY

IN 1985 I CHOSE A LIFE SENTENCE IN PRISON OVER A GUILTY PLEA DEAL THAT WOULD HAVE PROVIDED MY RELEASE FROM PRISON IN 1988. THAT MEANINGFUL AND DOCUMENTED FACT SPEAKS VOLUMES AND IS A PART OF MY LEGACY. I ELECTED TO DIE IN PRISON RATHER THAN TO DECLARE MYSELF GUILTY OF SEXUALLY ABUSING CHILDREN BECAUSE THOSE ALLEGED REPUGNANT CRIMES NEVER TOOK PLACE AND I AM IN FACT 110% INNOCENT OF EACH AND EVERY CHARGE FOR WHICH I WAS ILLEGALLY CONVICTED IN CONNECTION TO CASES #81-21904 AND #84-19728-A, FROM THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA. I HONORED MY MORAL CODE AND THE TRUTH ON BEHALF OF SOCIETY, MY WIFE, AND THE CHILDREN. THAT IS MY LEGACY AS WELL.

I have chosen to love, and thus to bless and to forgive those persons that are responsible for my illegal arrests and convictions based on fabricated false evidence, while sincerely wishing for their general wellbeing, over cultivating the negative energies provided by the self destructive feelings of hate and of the desire for revenge, which I experienced for almost three long years. That fact represents a major turning point in my human experience in Florida State Prison, that greatly contributed to my divine peace and to my subsequent realization that my Soul is my eternal and holy identity, eternally connected through energy to the Universal God-Mind. That wonderful accomplishment and blessing is also a part of my legacy.
I have chosen to continue forward forgiving and blessing every person that has ever contributed to the torture of my human experience in prison for over four long decades, and those other individuals that in any way harmed my person prior to my incarceration. That too, is a part of my legacy. Without a total undiluted forgiveness of self and others, the purification of self is impossible.
Devoid of religious superstitions and associated fear, I have chosen to take full responsibility for my own “Salvation”, therefore, for all my crimes and errors during my entire human experience, and thus, to purify my lower animalistic nature functioning under my ego’s thought-system, to experience my humanity through the thought-system of my Soul, i.e., of my Inner Divine Self. That is the most significant accomplishment of my legacy….. To honor my Soul every single day.
Notwithstanding the fact that for many years I was the most hated prisoner in the State of Florida due to the nature of my two cases and the great publicity that my second case generated nationwide, including a movie and a book favoring the false allegations of United States Attorney General Janet Reno, who prosecuted my wife and I, I have survived many attacks and the mistreatments of prison life for over forty years and counting. Add that to my legacy.
In prison I have dedicated my time to a constructive and peaceful life style, graduating from over 50 different courses and reading books from James Allen and A Course in Miracles. Every day projecting my thought-system and seeking justice from the courts when I could find pro bono legal representation. No one can project who he is not for 42 years. That is also a part of my legacy, because I have overwhelmingly demonstrated who I am as a human being.
I have shared divine truths revealed to me on May 10, 11, and 12, of 1995, for anyone who is searching for them and is receptive to receive them. Such as:
The Universal-God-Mind does no talk as we do, therefore, It has NEVER spoken to any human being, or to any of the billions of extensions of Itself throughout the Cosmos. God is energy and so are we and our Souls. Everything is energy throughout the Cosmos, including our thoughts. Each thought generates and emits the corresponding energy of it’s nature, causing the instant proper reaction from the energy of the Universal-God-Mind. No one can avoid the due consequences of thoughts. The law of thoughts is just and devoid of error. With a few exceptions, a person’s thought-system is constantly bringing into existence the person’s human experience. Only our Souls have direct and perpetual access to the Universal-God-Mind.
There is no Salvation (Eternal existence) for the worldly illusive thoughts, or for the human bodies. Nobody’s death and blood can provide eternal existence to that that is devoid of holiness and thus of reality. No illusive thoughts can exist in the Universal-God-Mind, which is our eternal world. Only our holiness in thoughts has eternal existence. The idea that human bodies can have eternal existence is insane. The human bodies are a temporary tool for the human experience that we undertake as a part of our own contribution to our own creation as spiritual beings in the image of God.
Release from the human body, regardless under which circumstances that takes place, is the greatest blessing of all. The moment of truth, when our unholiness instantly vanishes forever and we regain awareness of Self. The great moment when we stop identifying ourselves with our human bodies and with our illusive ego’s thought-system. That is why the so called “dead penalty” is a great blessing in disguise. There is no hell or punishment of any kind for the holy and eternal Souls for the bad conduct of our illusive egos.
Each of us has the responsibility to exercise willpower to reject the worldly illusive thoughts, that are devoid of light and life, that can visit our human brain from time to time. My incarceration has not been an obstacle to become my best possible self. I feel much gratitude for the help that I have received from very special people, such as, but not limited to, Attorney Amy Gershenfeld Donnella and Mr Robert B. Chatelle, from the National Center for Reason and Justice.
